Diese Domain berechtigt den Käufer zur kostenfreien Teilnahme an der Ziehung der Domain usa.country. Die Ziehung hat nichts mit Glückspiel oder sonstigen zweifelhaften oder illegalen Aktionen gemeinsam. Dem Käufer steht es frei an der Ziehung teilzunehmen.

1. Der Käufer hat das Recht selbst zu entscheiden, ob er/sie an der Ziehung teilnehmen möchte oder nicht. Die Teilnahme muss durch den Käufer proaktiv bestätigt oder abgelehnt werden.

2. Zur Ziehung der Domain usa.country sind ausschliesslich Domains der Kategorie "HOT" zugelassen. Es sind insgesamt 17 Domains.

3. Die Ziehung erfolgt a) nach dem alle 17 "HOT" Domains verkauft wurden und b) innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab dem Verkauf der letzten "HOT" Domain.

4. Die Ziehung erfolgt unter notarieller Aufsicht in der Schweiz, im Kanton des Anbieters/Händlers von freie.domains

5. Bei der Ziehung werden jeweils die Bestellnummer/Transaktionsnummer der Käufe aus dem Onlineshop herangezogen. Erwirbt ein Käufer mehrere Domains aus der Kategorie "HOT" so sind mehrere Bestellnummer/Transaktionsnummer desselben Käufers an der Ziehung berechtigt, vorausgesetzt der Käufer möchte an der Ziehung teilnehmen.

Besonderes
Der Käufer dieser Domain erklärt sich ferner damit einverstanden und nur dann, wenn er/sie an der Ziehung teilnehmen möchte, dass:
a) sollte die Domain usa.country für einen Verkaufspreis von mindestens USD 20 Mio. verkauft werden noch bevor alle Domains der Kategorie "HOT" verkauft wurden, verfällt die Ziehung der Domain usa.country und der Käufer erhält im Gegenzug als Entschädigung den Kaufpreis für seine Domain rückerstattet inkl. einem einmaligen Bonus in Höhe von USD 10'000. Keine weiteren Entschädigungen oder Ansprüche.

6. Keine Korrespondenz betreffend der Ziehung. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

This domain entitles the buyer to participate in the drawing for the domain usa.country free of charge. The drawing has nothing to do with gambling or other dubious or illegal activities. The buyer is free to participate in the drawing.

1. The buyer has the right to decide for themselves whether they want to participate in the draw or not. Participation must be proactively confirmed or declined by the buyer.

2. Only domains in the “HOT” category are eligible for the usa.country domain draw. There are 17 domains in total.

3. The draw will take place a) after all 17 “HOT” domains have been sold and b) within 30 days of the sale of the last “HOT” domain.

4. The draw will take place under notarial supervision in Switzerland, in the canton of the provider/dealer of freie.domains

5. The order number/transaction number of the purchases from the online shop will be used for the draw. If a buyer purchases several domains from the “HOT” category, several order numbers/transaction numbers of the same buyer are eligible for the draw, provided that the buyer wishes to participate in the draw.

Special conditions
The purchaser of this domain further agrees, and only if he/she wishes to participate in the draw, that:
a) should the domain usa.country be sold for a minimum price of USD 20 million before all domains in the “HOT” category have been sold, the draw for the domain usa.country shall be void and the buyer shall receive the purchase price for their domain as compensation, including a one-time bonus of USD 10,000. No further compensation or claims shall be made.

6. No correspondence regarding the draw. Legal recourse is excluded.
